We simply cannot say it better than our clients...hear what Mrs. Lesley Robinson had to say about her Tulsa Wedding Reception at The Barn:
Edge Sight & Sound was awesome to work with! I live out of state and was still able to meet with my DJ twice to go over playlists, timelines, and general feel for both the ceremony and reception of my wedding. Both Kenneth Knoll and John Willever were fantastic! They worked with me to cut/mix music, as well as orchestrate ceremony timing and reception timing. The website was easy to work with and their quick responses to my e-mails and questions were greatly appreciated. They even designed a monogram cut-out for our day that matched our guest favors. Their flexibility to "go with the flow" in an unexpected 6 inches of snow kept me relaxed and able to enjoy the evening without worrying about awkward music transitions. Everyone had such a great time as John kept one great song after another coming. We were surprised that not many people left early due to an unexpected almost blizzard on the first day of spring - and I owe that to John for keeping the party going. Everyone stayed warm by dancing the night away. I definitely recommend Edge Sight and Sound!! One happy bride!

Way to go, Carly and Joe!!!!!
University of Tulsa Red Carpet Prom
This past weekend we had the chance to take part in the TU Red Carpet Prom. All of the students took classes on swing dancing and we had the pleasure of watching them perform what they learned...boy did they learn a lot! We want to think Jordan for choosing Edge to DJ her prom and we hope all the students had a great time...we surely did!
Johnson Wichita Wedding on March 20th, 2010
Located in the cozy Anne Beach gallery at the Salvation Army camp near Wichita, the Johnson family gathered alongside the Ector's to celebrate the marriage of Pharaoh and Vanna Johnson. Complete with a fire place to add to the feel, the intimant family came ready to enjoy a night of each others company and dancing, despite the near blizzard-like conditions. LED uplighting definitely added to the atmosphere as we were able to match their colors, and DMX lighting kept the dance floor elegant and upbeat. As always, it was great working with corporate caterers and I hope everyone enjoyed their night! Congrats, Pharaoh and Vanna!
Disc Jockeys for the South Barber Prom on April 10th, 2010
The first stop of the Edge Sight and Sound Prom campaign was South Barber High School in Kiowa KS. The dance followed a catered dinner on the "terrace" where the decorations were extensive as always and everyone was taken away "under the sea." This smaller group fit our blue package perfectly and they were able to hear their favorite songs all night, from Red Dirt to today's top 40.
Carlson Wedding Reception in Cushing Oklahoma
What an incredible day at the Timberline Elk Ranch. And yes, it is an ELK ranch. An otherwise empty hall transformed into a gorgeous reception venue. Doug, father of the bride, was smooth as can be for the Father/Daughter Dance. So too, were the the guests when it came time to gettin' down. Those of you in the surrounding Tulsa and Cushing areas should strongly consider this location for an awesome reception, and then call us at Edge Sight and Sound to make the evening an unbelievable memory.
University of Tulsa Springfest 2010 - We were there!
We took part in this years Annual TU Springfest. Normally every year they hold it out on the "Old U" outside, but rain tried to spoil the event. Instead we moved it inside and had a colorful time. We had great food courtesy of Brandon (lead chef at TU) and the students came out and supported and raised money for charity by purchasing shoes and Decorating them. We want to thank grant for organizing the event and choosing Edge to provide the music and of course a HUGE thank you to all students who came out!
Wichita East High Prom on April 17th, 2010
The second week of our prom Kansas prom campaign, East High School came to party. The decorations coincidentally matched South Barber's underwater scene, but with a spin. The theme was "back to the future" and the Prom King and Queen shared their dance to "Earth Angel" followed by "Johnny B. Goode". With over 750 students in attendance, our Elite Package was the best fit. Our large projection screen on the dance floor enabled the students to dance to party to the most popular music videos such as Beyonce's "Single Ladies" at our video dance party. A powerful bubble machine topped off the packed dance floor. For students who needed a break, we provided a Guitar Hero party in the hall adjacent to the main dance floor. A special thanks goes to Laurel Scott for being great to work with and making this event an awesome success! I hope everyone had a blast...we know we did and we're looking forward to it next year!
